Sylvia Robson

Sylvia Robson, 81, of Fergus Falls, died Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND.

Sylvia Jean Hoff was born July 11, 1943 in Iowa Falls, Iowa to Jean and Gayle (Howe) Hoff. She graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1961. She then attended the University of Minnesota, Moorhead State College earning her Associates Degree.

On September 22, 2006 Sylvia married Larry A. Mathison in Breckenridge, MN. For 42-years Sylvia was a Flight Attendant. She was a member of the Elks Club in Fergus Falls. Cooking, baking, crocheting, and gardening were some of her favorite past times. She enjoyed family history.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Jean and Gayle Hoff and a niece, Kathryn Hoff.

Sylvia is survived by her husband, Larry Mathison; her children, Erik Hoff and Patrick Robson; granddaughter, Maggie Hoff; siblings, Peter (Elizabeth) Hoff and Marilyn Hoff; nieces and nephews, Molly Hoff, Megan Hoff, and Nathan Hoff.
