Lynore Geist, 66, of Erhard died Sunday, November 19, 2023 at PioneerCare in Fergus Falls.
Lynore Denise Tharaldson was born August 5, 1957 to Roy and Mavis (Lunde) Tharaldson in Crookston, MN. She attended school in Halstad, graduating from Halstad High School in 1975.
She was the manager at the Halstad Liquor Store in Halstad, she also worked at a nursing home, and the Jennie-O Turkey Plant in Pelican Rapids.
On October 29, 2007, Lynore married Marvin Geist in Fargo, ND.
Gardening, feeding the birds, and taking care of her dog were some of her favorite things to do.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Roy and Mavis Tharaldson.
Lynore is survived by her husband, Marvin Geist; her son, Jason Kroshus; grandchildren, Morgan Kroshus and Darin Kroshus, and brothers, Greg Tharaldson and Kurt Tharaldson.
A private family service will be held.
