Kevin Petron

Kevin Robert Petron, age 56, a resident of Fergus Falls, passed away unexpectedly, on January 17, 2026, at home. Kevin was born November 13, 1969, in Robbinsdale, MN, to William Petron and Karin Grant (Handt).

Kevin liked to fish, hunt, smoke meat and spend time with family and friends.

Kevin is preceded in death by his mother, Karin Handt; and his grandparents, Kenneth and Doris Grant.

Kevin will be missed by his fiancé, Stephanie Stahl of 14 years; children, Brian (Natalie) Christensen, Amanda (Derrick) Olson, Christian Petron, Olivia Petron, Taylor Petron, and Samantha Petron; grandchildren, Aiden and Carrie Olson; father, William (Sally) Petron; grandfather, Jim Handt; step-siblings, Justin, Kristina, Stacy and Shana; along with many aunts, uncles, family and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. More info to come.
