Karen R. Kantrud, 77, of Fergus Falls, died unexpectedly, Monday, February 12, 2024, at home.
Karen Rae Kantrud was born September 9, 1946, in Detroit Lakes to Manley and Helen (Johnson) Stigen.
On September 19, 1964, Karen married Larry Kantrud in Fergus Falls.
She was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Kantrud of Fergus Falls; children, Kari Mobraten of Bloomington, Kelly Bolton of Grove City; grandchildren, Brittany (Jordan) Frisch, Macae Mobraten, Hannah Bolton, Maxwell Mobraten, Taylor Bolton and Blake Bolton; great-grandchildren, Brooklynn Frisch, Clare Frisch and Grayson Cunningham; and brother, Reed (Vicki) Stigen of Fargo, ND.
Private family service was held.
