Judith Kjaglien

Judith "Judi" A Kjaglien, 79, of Fergus Falls, died Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, ND.

Judi Ann Irish was born March 10, 1946, to Erwin and Catherine (Mahoney) Irish in Wabasha.

She graduated from St. Felix High School in 1964.

On May 11, 1968, Judi married Peter Kjaglien at St. Agnes Catholic church in Kellogg.

Judi always put others first and so her career as a nurse was fitting. She would downplay her needs and tend to others. She loved people, caring for others, trips to the casino and breakfast with her girlfriends. She loved and adored her grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Erwin and Catherine Irish; husband, Peter and son, Tony.

Judi is survived by her children, Kathleen (Glenn Barton) Kjaglien of Mentor, OH, Mathew Kjaglien of Waconia, MN; grandchildren, Sean Kjaglien of East Grand Forks, MN, Peter Barton of Hanover Park, IL, and Henry Barton of Mentor, OH; brother, Robert Irish of Wabasha, MN; sister, Barbara (Pete) Barton of Ely, MN along with numerous relatives.
