With broken hearts, we share the passing of our beloved baby boy, Hayzen, who left this world far too soon at just 3.5 weeks old.
Born on September 5, 2025, Hayzen brought a light and love into our lives that words can hardly capture. Though his time with us was brief, his impact was immeasurable. His tiny presence taught us the deepest lessons of love, resilience, and connection. He will forever be remembered as Kaitlyn's little bear - the light of her life, and a source of warmth and wonder for everyone who met him.
Hayzen is lovingly remembered by his mother, Kaitlyn Stachowski, and her significant other, Ethan Herrick; his proud grandparents, Shonna Hoeper and Joe Stachowski; his loving aunt, Anna Stachowski; great-grandparents, Steve (Carrie) Stachowski, and aunts, uncles and their families whose hearts he touched in his short time here. He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother and great-grandfather, Richard and Dixie Hoeper; paternal great-grandmother, Diane Stachowski, and step-grandfather, Jared Gnahn. He leaves behind a family that will carry his memory in every heartbeat, every sunrise, and every quiet moment of reflection.
A private family service will be held to honor Hayzen's life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to Hayzen's private memorial account, in his memory.
Though he was with us only a moment, he will be loved for a lifetime. Fly high, sweet Hayzen. We will carry you always.
