Elaine M. Nelson, 77, of Roach, Missouri, died Sunday, March 22, 2026 at PioneerCare in Fergus Falls.

Elaine Mary Nelson was born August 14, 1948, the daughter of Earl Niels and Muriel (Boehlke) Nelson in New Ulm, MN.

Preceding Elaine in death were her parents; her brother, John Nelson, and a niece, Kathryn Hoff.

She is survived by her partner, Donald Conybear; her sister, Elizabeth (Peter) Hoff of Fergus Falls; two nieces, Megan Olson and Molly (Keith Hodgson) Hoff; a nephew, Nathan (Stephanie) Hoff.

No services are being planned.
