Charles Lundby

Charles M. Lundby, 67 a resident of Underwood, Minnesota, died Friday, April 13, 2007 at his home. He was born October 2, 1939, in Fargo, North Dakota, the son of Carl and Mabel (Paulson) Lundby. He graduated from Underwood High School in 1957. Charles served in the U.S. Army for two years, stationed in Germany. On December 27, 1960, he married Irene Skogen in Underwood. He was employed for 31 years as co-owner of Service Oil Company in Underwood, and for 12 years as co-owner of Lundby and Dad. Survivors include his wife, Irene of Underwood; and children and grandchildren: Craig (Deb) Lundby, Cole and Cody of Fergus Falls, Dean (Val) Lundby of Fergus Falls, and Kari (Terance) Redmann, Madison, William, and Josephe of Colorado Springs, Colorado. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 22, 2007 at Sverdrup Lutheran Church in Underwood, with the Reverend Scott Mikkelson officiating.
