Dr. Robert Gibson

Dr. Robert Joseph McRory Gibson, 75, of Fergus Falls, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.
Robert was born on June 20, 1943 to Elwain and Alma (Trisko) Gibson in Westport, MN.
He graduated from Sauk Centre High School in 1961 where he was the salutatorian of his class and from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, School of Dentistry in 1970. After graduating he worked as an Orthodontist in Fergus Falls.
He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed the outdoors especially camping and fishing.
Preceding him in death are his parents.
Robert is survived by his two sons, Mark and Jim Gibson; granddaughter, Sky; and many others that made him part of their family.
There will be a memorial service on Friday, May 17, 2019, at 1 p.m., at the United Methodist Church in Sauk Centre, MN, followed by a small luncheon downstairs in the church.
