Michael Roger Formo

Michael Roger Formo, 62, of Fergus Falls, died Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.

Michael was born August 6, 1956, in Dearborn, MI, to Roger and Anne (Ohliss) Formo. As a young child, Michael moved to Battle Lake and lived near Glendalough with his grandparents. In 1974 he graduated from Battle Lake High School.

On February 18, 1976, Michael married Sandy Danielson in Sisseton, ND. He worked for Ottertail Co-op Oils as a Manager for ten years until he retired due to health reasons.

Michael served on the Fergus Falls City Council for two terms. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Minnesota Vikings.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roger Formo and brother, David Formo.

Michael is survived by his wife, Sandy Formo of Fergus Falls; son, Kevin Formo of Fargo, ND; granddaughter, Summer Steinhaus of Wyndmere, ND, and his mother, Anne Deising of Michigan.
