Gordon J. Gast, 53, of Hawley, died Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Pelican Valley Senior Living in Pelican Rapids.
Gordon James Gast was born January 21, 1970 to Lyle and Marilyn (Fredricks) Gast in Watertown, MN. He attended school in Delano, MN, earning his GED. He was a local truck driver.
On August 30, 1997, Gordon married Katherine Wigdahl in Fergus Falls, MN.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Lyle and Marilyn Gast, and sisters, Barb Orso and Sheree Lyrek.
Gordon is survived by his wife, Katie Gast; sister, Linda (Pat) Brickley; nieces, Kaytee (Ryan) Klotter and Merri Gast (John); nephews, Bryan (Amanda) Gast, Mike Brickley, and Matt Brickley, and several great-nieces and great-nephews, including Grace and Jack.
A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
