Christopher John Olson, 55, beloved son of Jim and Nancy Olson of Battle Lake, died Dec. 13, 2017, at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND, following a brief illness.
Chris was born Sept. 25, 1962. He graduated from Morris, MN High School and earned a BA degree in Commercial Art in 1989 from Western State College in Gunnison, CO. He completed an auto body program at Hennepin Technical college and made a career as well as a hobby out of repairing and painting boats and cars.
He recently relocated from Henderson, NV to Otter Tail County along with his dogs, Kato and Lemmy. He is survived by his daughter, Shelby of Henderson, NV; sister, Andrea (Michael) Thor and Linnea of Salt Lake City, UT, and Randall (Tina) of Minneapolis, MN in addition to his parents.
A family service will be held.
