Help with Grief

Caring for yourself is not selfish. The period of recovery is different for every person. There is no timetable for grief, so don't compare yourself with others who have lost loved ones. Your life has changed and healing in your own way is important for the health of your mind, body and spirit. It's normal for some days to be better than others.

At Olson Funeral Home, we strive to provide the resources to help you with the grief process. We offer a library of books, pamphlets and videos available for your use. Please inquire of our staff for specific help in guiding you towards the information, support, or counseling options you may need. In addition, we have available to our families local resource people to help you cope with your loss.

Should you prefer an online source of grief resources; the following links will also provide you with sound information to help you manage your feelings and emotions at this most difficult time.
